Keeping your Reputation in Check

When you start branching out into social media, and begin to really share your brand message, you can at times leave yourself open to criticism and complaints, and that’s why you need to maintain your reputation.

The only way you’re able to do this well, is by checking your social media pages, review pages, website and any other social areas, ensuring negative reviews are responded to quickly. These can spiral out of control if they’re handled poorly, and by being friendly, apologetic and not defensive.

The customer is always right, that’s certainly the case most of the time) in reputation management, and while you shouldn’t be a ‘push over’ you must handle complaints with dignity, and essentially ‘keep your reputation in check’.
